Nice place to stay staff friendly.
I dt have any breakfast so no comment to make .
I taught air conditioning was poor .room very warm even with window opened.

The staff was pleasant
I was disappointed that breakfast was not included and that the “club” or bar was not open to the public the night of my arrival. The front desk staff said it was full for a house party so probably shouldn’t try. I regret that I didn’t try.
I missed having a small refrigerator in the room as I stayed for 2 nights and mostly ate in my room as I needed to stay close for Wifi access.

Cozy hotel, nice bar right below
The hotel vibe is very nice. I really appreciated the fact that The Den Bar is right below and the staff there is amazing! They're all super friendly, easy to talk to, very welcoming. This contributed greatly to my experience at the hotel. The staff at the hotel were helpful. One kind lady even gave us an umbrella (when she could have easily said it's not possible). There was only one staff member who did not show great customer service. We requested assistance for a taxi to get to the airport and he made a request but did not care to tell us when it was cancelled - two times! We were almost late for our flight because we decided to rely on his help and ended up getting a Bolt (to be fair - after waiting for that for a decent amount of time, so probably the taxi/Bolt situation is not ideal).
Focusing on my room - I booked a single one that had everything I needed but was fairly small and cold. You hear footsteps all the time because of the wooden construction. Sometimes the Wifi was not working. The room was mostly clean. There was a blanket available - I appreciated this a lot but it had stains on it.
